With funding from the Australian Department of Health Settlement Council of Australia (SCOA) has worked with member organisations to provide culturally relevant and timely opportunities for CALD community members to access COVID-19 vaccine information. This report details the program and future recommendations.

NSW Service for the Treatment and Rehabilitation of Torture and Trauma Survivors (STARRTS) has updated its guidance document “Working with People from Refugee Backgrounds: A Guide for Social Workers (2022)”
This report outlines current and future opportunities and challenges and provides several strategies to improve the health and well-being of refugees and migrants. It is an advocacy tool for national and international policy-makers involved in health and migration.

'The How’s Your Haal? (HYH) Project is a youth-driven community initiative that seeks to reignite the conversation about mental health for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) youth in Western Australia (WA). The heart of this project is about creating “brave spaces” for conversation about mental health, both amongst youth in CALD communities, and between CALD Youth, Community Leaders and Service Providers.' Following Polaron's forum on CALD co-design, an impact report has been created which highlights ways of overcoming communication barriers. Read more about how the co-design process can be implemented to better support multicultural communities and help organisations share their message.
Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW): This report explores the use of linked data to report on the health of CALD populations, including it’s benefits, challenges and limitations. It investigates each of the available CALD variables individually, using 3 health outcomes to explore differences between CALD groups within each CALD variable.
Mental Health Australia has commissioned research to inform broader stigma and mental health research in CALD communities. This research focuses on Congolese, Arabic-speaking and Mandarin speaking Communities. As part of this research a literature review is available.
