Look after your mental health in Harmony Week!
Harmony Week is happening right now and goes from Monday 21 March – Sunday 27 March.
Harmony Week is a time to embrace Australia’s cultural diversity and celebrate the rich cultural and linguistic contributions within our community.
The message of Harmony Week is “everyone belongs”.
Orygen has created a collection of resources about cultural diversity and mental wellbeing. The resources were developed to support the knowledge and skills of the youth mental health workforce, to work safely and inclusively with multicultural young people.
R U OK? has translated key resources you can use if you or someone you know would prefer to get information in a language other than English.
Which resources have been translated?
A Conversation Guide
'How to Ask Tip Sheet' outlining what you might say during an R U OK? conversation.
'4 Steps Poster' outlining the 4 steps to an R U OK? conversation.

Dear friends and stakeholders
I am pleased to share this update with you following an exciting period for Embrace Multicultural Mental Health (the Embrace Project).
We were delighted to be joined by many of you for the official launch of the Embrace Project at the Multicultural Hub in Melbourne on 16 August 2019. This was a significant milestone for the project, and we are deeply grateful to all presenters and attendees for making it such a meaningful event.
